The guide includes arrival meet-and-greet, itinerary planning, reservation requests, booking coordination and WhatsApp support. Accommodation, transport, dining, venue deposits and other supplier costs are confirmed separately in your proposal. For one service, ask us for the appropriate scope and fee.

Do I need a full concierge package?
No. You can enquire about a single service, several arrangements or support throughout your stay. The services guide outlines our concierge packages; we will confirm the scope, fee and any separate supplier charges for your plans.
Can I plan a stay for a client or principal?
Yes. Personal assistants, travel advisers and other professional bookers can share a brief directly with our team. Tell us the dates, priorities and preferred point of contact. We will agree how recommendations, approvals and updates should be handled.
Can you secure a particular restaurant or VIP table?
We can check availability and make reservation requests. Tables and admission remain subject to the venue's confirmation and conditions, including any deposits or minimum spend. We do not guarantee access to sold-out venues.
